The Miami Dolphins aren't looking into surgical options for quarterback Ryan Tannehill (shoulder) at this time. He has been prescribed rest. Tannehill has been ruled out for Week 7 against the Lions and is fighting an uphill battle to play in Week 8 on Thursday against the Texans. Brock Osweiler should see at least two more starts after throwing for a career-high 380 yards in the overtime in over the Bears. He's highly unlikely to repeat that kind of performance moving forward, so you shouldn't have him as anything more than a low-end QB2 play in two-QB leagues for however long Tannehill is sidelined. The Dolphins continue to say that Tannehill will remain the starter when he's healthy.--Keith Hernandez
