Stefon Diggs A High-Floor WR2 In Week 2 Matchup Against The Bears
2 months agoHouston Texans wide receiver Stefon Diggs won't score twice in every game like he did in Week 1, but his Houston debut nonetheless had positive signs for fantasy purposes. He will look to find the end zone for a second consecutive week against the Chicago Bears. Texans quarterback C.J. Stroud distributed the ball fairly evenly to his top three receivers, Nico Collins, Tank Dell, and Diggs, all of whom had between six and eight targets. Further, the former Buffalo receiver's targets were high quality, as he turned three red-zone targets into three catches, two for touchdowns. The 30-year-old had a very low average depth of target at 1.5 yards, but that figures to improve significantly as the season progresses. With a similar volume of targets, Diggs should remain on the WR2 radar as the Texans prepare for the Chicago Bears and is ranked WR26 in the latest RotoBaller rankings for Week 2.
