6 months agoCorey Lajoie will start 24th in Sunday's Iowa Corn 350 at Iowa Speedway. Despite the fact he gets to start 24th, he was much slower than his qualifying position indicates as he benefited from qualifying with Group A rather than Group B. With a time of 24.130, Lajoie was slower than anyone in Group B, which is something to be mindful of given that there were six drivers slower than him in Group A. Because of his lack of speed on Saturday, and considering this will be his first start at this track at any level, it is recommended that you treat the No. 7 as nothing more than a contrarian play, a move that is being done to save money while also being different from the field.--Adam Erhardt - RotoBaller
