1 year agoShane Van Gisbergen qualified well on Saturday but had no idea how good his car was. The "Project 91" car was so fast throughout the Sunday race in Chicago. Van Gisbergen was taking a second a lap of his competitors late in the event. The New Zealand driver in the Trackhouse Racing car reeled in Justin Haley with five laps to go and then pulled away during the overtime to seal the victory. Van Gisbergen became only the sixth driver to win their first ever NASCAR race. --Chris Wassel - RotoBaller
