Shane Lowry is heating up just in time for the largest purse on Tour. The 36-year-old Irish star has been knocking on the door for his third PGA Tour victory, coming off back-to-back top-5 finishes at the Cognizant Classic and Arnold Palmer Invitational. While he couldn't quite close the deal despite having a share of the 54-hole lead last week, fantasy managers will have a tough time skipping over his name despite a significant salary increase on DraftKings. Lowry enters the week ranking 10th in driving accuracy, 37th on approach, 13th around-the-green, and 14th in opportunities gained. He also has a solid track record on difficult courses and playing in difficult conditions, both of which will serve him well at TPC Sawgrass. Lowry also made the cut in his last three starts at this event with finish positions of T35, T13, and solo eighth place, gaining over five strokes from tee-to-green in all three. Seeing Lowry hoist The Players Trophy on St. Patrick's Day Sunday would be one of the greatest moments in recent golf history, and all signs indicate this to be a very likely possibility this weekend.--Ryan Hickey
