Shaedon Sharpe Won't Need Surgery
Shaedon Sharpe (shoulder) will not require surgery, which is a huge break for the rookie. The No. 7 overall pick was diagnosed with a small labral tear in his left shoulder on July 9. After that, Sharpe was held out of the rest of the Summer League. On Wednesday, the team announced that Sharpe won't need surgery, so he should be available for training camp. The 19-year-old should be a key piece off the bench for the Blazers next season. Hopefully, this injury doesn't linger, but this injury could drop his draft stock.
