Seth Beer Leaves Game With Dislocated Shoulder
3 years agoArizona Diamondbacks outfielder/first baseman Seth Beer (shoulder) left Tuesday's game versus the Los Angeles Dodgers with a dislocated left shoulder, announced the team. The 24-year-old was removed during the first inning after making a diving attempt for a ground ball by Dodgers shortstop Trea Turner. Outfielder Henry Ramos entered the game for Beer, while outfielder/first baseman Pavin Smith took over at first. More news should be available in the coming days, but a trip to the 10-day injured list is likely in the cards for the former first-round pick. Beer had made a positive first impression during his first week in the major's, going 4-for-9 with a homer, three RBI, and three runs across four games.
