Sean Murphy Taking A Seat On Friday
Sean Murphy is out of the starting lineup ahead of Friday's game against the San Diego Padres. Fantasy managers don't need to panic as this appears to be a routine rest day for Murphy. The veteran slugger hasn't been much of an asset with the bat this season. To be fair, Murphy has been limited to 32 games due to injury. Hopefully he'll get back into a groove during the second half of the season. In the meantime, Travis d'Arnaud will cover behind the plate and bat eighth versus right-hander Matt Waldron on Friday.
