4 years agoThe Seattle Seahawks have had talks about a possible trade for Atlanta Falcons wide receiver Julio Jones, according to sources. Quarterback Russell Wilson and Jones have had phone conversations to discuss the possibility of playing together. The Seahawks already have DK Metcalf and Tyler Lockett, who each had 10 touchdowns and more than 1,000 yards receiving in 2020. Atlanta has asked teams that have inquired about Jones for a first-round pick in return, but Seattle doesn't have a first-rounder in 2022. The 32-year-old requested a trade earlier this offseason, and the team has been talking to other teams for weeks. The Tennessee Titans have also discussed a Jones deal, but they are considered more of a "long shot" to land him. The Seahawks would be downright nasty on offense if they added Jones to the fold, but the All-Pro pass-catcher would also have a much lower fantasy ceiling while sharing looks with Metcalf and Lockett.--Keith Hernandez - RotoBaller
