2 years agoLos Angeles Lakers guard Scotty Pippen Jr. had a strong all-around game in the team's Summer League finale against the Dallas Mavericks on Saturday. He logged 18 minutes and compiled 11 points, five rebounds, three assists, three steals and one block while shooting 5-for-11 from the field and 1-for-3 from three-point range. It was a productive Summer League for Pippen, who scored in double figures in four of five games while averaging 2.6 steals per contest. The 21-year-old went undrafted in this year's draft, but he signed a two-way contract with the Lakers. He'll likely begin the 2022-23 season playing for the team's G League affiliate, the South Bay Lakers.--Andrew Ericksen - RotoBaller
