The golfer from the United States has all the tools to win at Phoenix. If a little less star power was in Arizona, Scheffler could have even better odds (plus-1,200). It is not in the Collin Morikawa, Jon Rahm and Rory McIlroy territory, but it is close. Can Scheffler improve his 159th-ranked putting (minus-0.322 strokes gained)?
