Saquon Barkley A Borderline RB1 In Week 4
3 years agoNew York Giants running back Saquon Barkley found the end zone for the first time since December 29, 2019, in Sunday's loss to the Atlanta Falcons. The Giants continue to unleash Barkley, who has seen his snap count rise from 29 in Week 1 to 60 in Week 3. He is coming off his best game of the season, rushing for 51 yards on 18 attempts and a touchdown while catching 6-of-7 targets for 43 yards in last Sunday's loss. The Saints have been stingy against the run and are allowing just 60.3 rushing yards per game to opposing teams, good for third in the league. Barkley should see a heavy workload despite the tough matchup (Saints are sixth in DVOA against RBs) and is a borderline RB1 in Sunday's game against the Saints.
