Ryan Tepera To Opt Out Of Deal
1 year agoTexas Rangers relief pitcher Ryan Tepera has decided to opt out of his minor-league deal with the organization. The 35-year-old signed a minor-league deal with the team last month after being released by the Los Angeles Angels. He struggled heavily during his time with the Angels, but pitched well in the minors. Tepera didn't allow a run across 10 innings of work with 16 strikeouts in the minors with Texas. The nine-year veteran has experienced plenty of success throughout his career. It's possible another organization will give him a chance on their MLB roster.
