St. Louis Cardinals reliever Ryan Helsley (knee) is available to pitch in Sunday's game against the Detroit Tigers after not pitching in Saturday's contest with a sore knee. The 28-year-old told reporters that he had some pain in his surgically repaired knee but that it was in a different spot than where he received the cleanup. Either way, he's ready to rock on Sunday should he be called upon. Helsley owns a 3.75 ERA, 1.42 WHIP, and 16:5 K/BB ratio to go along with three saves over 12 innings.--Jon Mathisen - RotoBaller
