New York Jets tight end Ryan Griffin made three catches for 13 yards and his fifth touchdown of the season Sunday afternoon. The popular bye-week streamer wasn't doing much, but caught a one-yard touchdown on the team's opening drive of the second half to save his day for fantasy. Griffin has at least 50 yards or a touchdown in his last four games without Chris Herndon (hamstring) and was just signed to a three-year contract extension so the Jets seem to have plans for the veteran tight end. Fantasy owners should follow suit as Griffin has some appeal as a fantasy starter in an improving Jets offense.--Mike Schwarzenbach - RotoBaller
