1 year agoRyan Blaney had one of those afternoons at Richmond Raceway. He starts Sunday from the 25th position. Thankfully, the Team Penske driver is in the top ten when it comes to the playoff chase. Blaney is safe there but his 15.8 average finish is his worst since 2017 when the Ford driver carried an average result of 17.3. Since his top ten at Atlanta, the No. 12 car fell back to 22nd at New Hampshire and 30th at Pocono. Five of the past six races ending up outside the top 20 is troublesome heading into the final stretch before the playoffs. --Chris Wassel - RotoBaller
