Colorado Avalanche forward Ross Colton had a second consecutive multi-goal night on Sunday against San Jose, scoring the first two goals in a 4-1 win. He opened the scoring with a power-play marker. Colton is benefiting from skating on the top line and the first power play unit. He heads into the new week on a three-game goal streak. Having scored six times across the campaign, Colton is tied for the second-most goals in the league. He's also had one assist in six games with 22 shots on goal during a hot start.
