Ross Colton Pots Two Goals In Friday's Win
1 month agoColorado Avalanche forward Ross Colton netted two goals to help the team secure its first victory of the season on Friday, beating Anaheim 4-3 in overtime. Colton doubled his goal tally for the year in the third period, netting his first marker on the power play. He finished with five shots in total and had one hit across 21:54 of action. Injuries have helped Colton to move up the lineup quickly, and he was part of the first line in Friday's game. The 28-year-old has scored in back-to-back games while collecting all of his five points this season in the past four games. There should be plenty more to come for Colton if he sticks with Nathan MacKinnon and Mikko Rantanen.
