Even with some injuries, Detroit's run defense is one of the toughest in the league, ranking fifth in rush yards allowed and second in points allowed. The Bears' backfield rotation continues to limit Johnson's workload, making him a risky play for fantasy managers. However, Johnson has shown enough upside to warrant attention in deeper leagues or as a sleeper pick. In limited action last week, he demonstrated his goal-line potential, rushing twice for 2 yards and a touchdown. This was his second consecutive week with a goal-line score, reinforcing that the role is firmly his.
