Romeo Doubs Blanked In Week 7
2 years agoGreen Bay Packers wide receiver Romeo Doubs failed to secure any of his four targets during the team's 23-21 loss to the Washington Commanders. The rookie had to share reps with veteran Sammy Watkins, who was activated off the IR this weekend, resulting in his lowest target total since Week 2. Allen Lazard (shoulder) left the game early, and if he misses any time, Doubs would still be the No. 2 receiver behind Watkins. However, with the Packers passing attack struggling, the 22-year-old will be an extremely risky FLEX option. Doubs will travel to Buffalo next week. The Bills allow the 10th-fewest fantasy points per game to the wide receiver position, surrendering only four touchdowns in six games. Doubs should be considered a WR4/5 for fantasy purposes in Week 8.
