5 months agoPhiladelphia Phillies pitching prospect Robinson Pina has looked quite sharp as of late, operating as a starter and could be nearing a promotion to Triple-A. Pina has bounced between a bullpen role and a starter role all throughout his minor league career but may have finally found his footing as a starter. Since May 1, Pina has posted a 3.03 ERA, 1.29 WHIP, and a stellar 5:39 BB:K ratio. Overall, in 51 ⅔ innings this season, he holds a 3.31 ERA and 1.20 WHIP, which is on pace to be the best numbers in his career as a starter. The 25-year-old right-hander should be left on all waiver wires for now, but could be worth a look in dynasty leagues if he continues to showcase this elite strikeout potential as a starter over an extended period of time.--Andy Smith - RotoBaller
