6 years agoX-rays have come back negative on New York Mets second baseman Robinson Cano (hand), but he's not out of the woods yet and was wearing a soft cast after the game on Sunday. Cano was hit by a pitch on Sunday and was too sore to play on Monday, but it looks like he's just day-to-day. The veteran second baseman has gotten off to a bad start with his new team, batting only .235 (20-for-85) with three home runs and 10 RBI in 20 games.
