Robinson Cano A Candidate To Return To New York?
The Seattle Mariners are willing to trade second baseman Robinson Cano this offseason, and the Mariners have reached out to the Yankees and Mets. However, dealing the 36-year-old who is owed $120 million over the next five seasons will be extremely difficult, especially after he served an 80-game suspension for violating the league's drug policy in 2018. Cano also has a full no-trade clause in his contract. The veteran still managed to hit .303/.374/.471 with 10 home runs and 50 RBI in 310 at-bats this year. Moving back to the Bronx would be good news for his fantasy value, but a trade seems unlikely for now.
