Rich Hill Set To Throw Thursday
5 years agoLos Angeles Dodgers starting pitcher Rich Hill (elbow) will play catch for the first time on Thursday since going on the injured list with a flexor tendon injury in his left arm four weeks ago. However, the veteran left-hander isn't expected to return to the team until September. The 39-year-old is typically solid for fantasy owners, but the problem is he usually can't stay healthy for a full season. Hill was 4-1 with a 2.55 ERA, 1.11 WHIP and 61 strikeouts in 53 innings over 10 starts before his injury. Since he might only help in the last month of the season, he's definitely not a must-stash in fantasy leagues.
