Rhys Hoskins Suffers Knee Injury Thursday
2 years agoPhiladelphia Phillies first baseman Rhys Hoskins (knee) suffered a bad left knee injury in a Grapefruit League game on Thursday against the Detroit Tigers and needed to be carted off the field. Hoskins was injured in the second inning when his knee gave out on him. It didn't look good, but we'll have more information on his injury when it becomes available. Fantasy managers that already drafted the 30-year-old slugger can do nothing more than hold their breath and hope that this isn't a season-ending injury. At the very least, Hoskins will begin the 2023 regular season on the injured list for the Phillies.
