5 years agoNew England Patriots running back Rex Burkhead (foot) remained limited in practice on Thursday for the second straight day. Burkhead hasn't played since Week 4 and is third on the running back depth chart behind Sony Michel and James White whenever he is active. Unless an injury occurs ahead of him, Burkhead is a low-upside, desperation RB3/flex in PPR leagues. Wide receiver Gunner Olszewski (ankle, hamstring) was also limited in practice on Thursday. He has an opportunity for a bigger role in the passing game with Josh Gordon (knee) out of the picture, but the Pats also just traded for Mohamed Sanu.
