Reggie Jackson Pushes Clippers Past Magic
3 years agoLos Angeles Clippers point guard Reggie Jackson led all scorers with 25 points and hit the game-winning shot in Saturday's 106-104 victory over Orlando. He nailed a step-back jumper with 2.2 ticks left, finishing with 11-for-21 shooting from the field and with a 3-for-8 effort from downtown. Jackson delivered three assists with three turnovers and recorded two rebounds, one steal and one block in 32 minutes on the floor. The former Piston is having somewhat of a renaissance this season, averaging over 17 points per game with 3.5 rebounds and four assists. He's currently the team's first option in attack due to a number of injuries, and Jackson could stay in the role for a while, with Paul George's status uncertain for next week because of an elbow strain.
