6 years agoThe Cincinnati Reds will non-tender outfielder Billy Hamilton, making him a free agent. Hamilton has some of the best speed in baseball and has made some incredible plays in center field, but he just hasn't done enough with the bat and doesn't get on base nearly enough to utilize his game-changing speed. The 28-year-old hit .236/.299/.327 with four home runs, 29 RBI and 34 steals in 153 games for Cincy in 2018. Hamilton will surely be scooped up but is basically only useful for one category to fantasy owners.--Keith Hernandez - RotoBaller
