The Cincinnati Reds have activated starting pitcher Frankie Montas (forearm) from the 15-day injured list. Montas has been on the injured list since April 22 due to a forearm injury. After throwing a couple of bullpen sessions, Montas was activated and will be starting for Cincinnati on Tuesday against the Arizona Diamondbacks. Montas has started five games this season and is 2-2 with a 4.19 ERA with 14 strikeouts. One possible concern for fantasy managers is the fact that Montas did not have a minor-league rehab outing or get into game action, as he just did bullpen sessions. He's also facing a Diamondbacks offense that is slashing .249/.325/.389, which ranks eighth, seventh, and 14th, respectively, in the majors.--Cole Shelton
