Baltimore Ravens head coach John Harbaugh said the team released defensive end Derek Wolfe (hip) with an injury settlement on Tuesday. Wolfe had another hip surgery on Monday after previously going under the knife in January for an injury that he initially suffered in August of last year. The 32-year-old veteran pass-rusher missed the entire 2021 season as a result. It's unlikely that Wolfe will have a shot to sign with another organization until he can prove he's past the hip injury. In his one and only season in Baltimore, Wolfe had 51 tackles (19 solo), one sack, six tackles for loss, four QB hits and a fumble recovery in 14 games (eight starts) in 2020. The former second-rounder out of Cincinnati in 2012 spent the first eight years of his career with the Denver Broncos.--Keith Hernandez - RotoBallerRead More News
