6 years agoSeattle Seahawks rookie running back Rashaad Penny (knee) missed his second practice in a row on Thursday. His status for Week 15 against the 49ers is now in concern. If he doesn't at least get in a limited practice on Friday, Penny will be unlikely to play. As long as Chris Carson remains the lead back in Seattle, Penny will be unpredictable and hard to trust as an RB3/flex. If Penny sits out, Carson will be a stronger RB2 play.--Keith Hernandez - RotoBaller
