6 years agoSeattle Seahawks rookie running back Rashaad Penny (knee) is active for Week 17 against the Cardinals. Penny will return to the field after a two-game absence, and he is firmly in play as a DFS sleeper in the regular season finale. The Cardinals have one of the worst run defenses in the NFL and the Seahawks could elect to rest lead running back Chris Carson early in this game.
