Rams Defense Gets A Few Sacks In Week 3
3 years agoThe Los Angeles Rams defense isn't as formidable as they were a season ago, but they were still able to help the team get a win in Week 3 against the Tampa Bay Buccaneers. They gave up 24 points, although seven of those came in garbage time with the game well in hand. They recorded three sacks on quarterback Tom Brady, and he was under pressure throughout the day. It's clear that the Rams system of allowing yards without allowing points is still being implemented, as they allowed a total of 446 yards on the day, including 432 yards through the air. As long as they keep up their pass rush, they're going to be one of the better units all season long.
