7 years agoNew Orleans Pelicans guard Rajon Rondo didn't contribute much during his team's overtime win over the New York Knicks. Rondo played only 24 minutes, shooting an inaccurate 2-for-7 from the field and 0-for-3 from deep for a total of only four points. He also underperformed from an assists standpoint, totaling only five on the day. It is clear that his best days are behind him and though he will have the occasional solid performance, such as his 12-point, 15-assist outing against Memphis a few games ago, he cannot be trusted to produce on a consistent basis. For that reason, he should only have a home on rosters in very deep leagues or if you are plagued with an injury and have no alternative.--Dennis Clausen - RotoBaller
