All signs are pointing to the Las Vegas Raiders hiring former Los Angeles Chargers general manager Tom Telesco as their new GM, according to sources. Telesco built one of the league's best rosters over a decade in LA and is now expected to remain in the AFC West. The Chargers fired Telesco and head coach Brandon Staley a day after losing to the Raiders 63-21 on Dec. 14. The 51-year-old Telesco had been the Chargers' GM since 2013. He had become more aggressive in free agency in the trade market in recent seasons, and the Bolts went just 84-92 with Telesco as the GM, including 2-3 in playoff games. In Vegas, Telesco will be replacing Champ Kelly and will be working with new head coach Antonio Pierce, who had the interim tag removed after a strong finish to the 2023 season. Telesco would become the team's fifth GM since Mark Davis assumed control of the team in 2011.--Keith Hernandez - RotoBallerRead More News
