Rachaad White Receives Praise From Offensive Coordinator
1 year agoTampa Bay Buccaneers running back Rachaad White can handle a three-down workload and has received praise from offensive coordinator Dave Canales. "I am just waiting to see some live bullet play from him, but I mean he is just so natural," said Canales. "Everything he does, the run game, the pass game, pass protection, and routes. He is really a natural with both hands catching the ball." White has inside/outside versatility and effectiveness as both a pass protector and a pass-catcher. His well-rounded skill set will make him the team's featured back in 2023, despite the presence of Chase Edmonds and Ke'Shawn Vaughn. White didn't impress all that much as a rookie with 3.7 yards per carry, but he also had 50 receptions. As the main fixture in Tampa's offense this year, White is a solid target for fantasy managers on the RB2/3 borderline.
