Steelers Cut Linebacker Tae Crowder
1 year agoThe Pittsburgh Steelers cut linebacker Tae Crowder, who had a short stint on their practice squad at the end of the season. Crowder, the New York Giants' final pick of the 2020 NFL Draft, was a productive IDP fantasy football starter in 2021 despite being poorly graded by PFF. Crowder made 130 combined tackles and two interceptions in his second season. He lost his starting job in 2022 and was released by the Giants. If Crowder does find a spot in an injury-depleted lineup during the 2023 season, he could be a waiver wire add in IDP leagues. The Steelers also cut linebacker Emeke Egbule and signed linebacker Toby Ndukwe.
