Phillip Lindsay Unsure If He'll Be Ready For OTAs
6 years agoDenver Broncos running back Phillip Lindsay (wrist), who is still wearing a hard cast on his right arm, isn't trying to predict whether he'll be ready for organized team activities (OTAs) this spring. "I'm just going with the flow of things right now," Lindsay said. The 24-year-old was not drafted but became the best Broncos rookie over Royce Freeman and receiver Courtland Sutton by rushing 192 times for 1,037 yards and nine touchdowns in 2018. He also chipped in 35 receptions for 241 yards and another score in 15 games. Barring any setbacks, Lindsay should be good for training camp, but it'll be worth monitoring his status. In a Denver offense that is becoming run-first, Lindsay will be a popular RB2 for fantasy owners going into his second season.
