6 years agoPhiladelphia Phillies manager Gabe Kapler said that relief pitchers David Robertson, Seranthony Dominguez and Hector Neris could pitch in ninth-inning save situations in 2019. Nine different Phillies earned at least one save last year. Robertson has the most closing situation, but all three relievers can be unhittable when they are on their game. Robertson should be your first fantasy target of the three, and he can be had in the later rounds of mixed league drafts.--Keith Hernandez - RotoBaller
