Peyton Barber Not An Appealing Week 6 Option
5 years agoTampa Bay Buccaneers running back Peyton Barber will have an easier matchup in Week 6 than he did in Week 5 with the Carolina Panthers on deck, but fantasy owners may want to look around for other options. Barber's value is solely tied to touchdowns, and he has scored in two consecutive games, but trusting the fourth-year back who has seen a drop in his YPC in each season since joining the league is easier said than done. The Bucs could very well decide to lean on the run, but their backfield hierarchy changes every week, making Barber a risky start. He will slot in as a low-end flex option this week, but if he is unable to find the end zone he will likely have a very disappointing day. Buyer beware.
