The veteran worked in the starter's crease in Wednesday's morning skate, indicating he will indeed get the starting nod. Recently rewarded with a two-year contract extension, Mrazke has enjoyed a bounce-back season that has seen him post a 2.92 goals-against average and a .910 save percentage across 34 games on a 32-ranked Blackhawks team. For context, his 6.41 goals saved above average ranks 15th of 69 qualified netminders. The injury-plagued Blackhawks are just 14-34-2 on the season and are currently in line to boast the first overall draft pick for the second straight season.--Brenton Kemp
