5 years agoNew York Mets first baseman Peter Alonso went deep yet again Sunday against the Chicago Cubs. Alonso's home run was part of a 1-for-2 day with two walks. It was his eye-popping 27th round-tripper of the season with the calendar still reading June. At this point, the Mets slugger is one of the most feared power hitters in all of baseball. Fantasy owners who were fortunate enough to draft the rookie should continue to reap the rewards throughout the rest of the season.--Adam
