Pedro Florimon Records Two Hits In Victory
7 years agoStarting once again at shortstop in the absence of JP Crawford, veteran infielder Pedro Florimon played a significant role in the Philadelphia Phillies’ victory over the Baltimore Orioles on Wednesday. The 31-year-old, who was batting seventh, played a prominent role in the club’s big sixth inning, connecting on an RBI single to left than increased his club’s lead as they continued their comeback. It was one of two hits for Florimon, as he continues to excel, hitting .375 over his past seven games.
