Paul Reed Jr. Signs Offer Sheet With Utah
1 year agoAccording to ESPN senior NBA insider Adrian Wojnarowski, restricted free agent forward/center Paul Reed Jr. signed a three-year, $23 million offer sheet with the Jazz. The 24-year-old averaged 4.2 points and 3.8 rebounds in 69 games in Philadelphia last season. However, he showed signs of life by averaging 13.5 points, 9.0 boards, 2.5 blocks, and 2.0 steals in two starts. The Sixers have until 11:59 p.m. ET on Sunday to match the offer to retain him. If not, Reed will officially head to Utah. Nonetheless, the 2020 second-round pick could be poised for his best year to date, although he probably won't be a consistent fantasy producer for either club.
