15 seconds agoPhiladelphia 76ers guard/forward Paul George (knee) is still working his way back from hyperextending his knee again. The nine-time All-Star was a full participant at practice on Friday, according to Tim Bontemps, but he hasn't been fully cleared for their Saturday game against the Detroit Pistons yet. Fantasy managers will want to stay tuned for a clearer picture which will likely come out on Saturday.
