2 mins agoThe New England Patriots defense is not a trustworthy fantasy option for Week 12 against the Miami Dolphins. Although the Patriots are just two weeks removed from a relentless effort against the Chicago Bears, they came back down to earth in a frustrating loss to the Los Angeles Rams last Sunday. The Patriots actually had their worst fantasy showing of the season in Week 11, allowing 28 points and 402 yards while failing to tally a single sack or turnover. Their path doesn't get any easier this week as they take on the Miami Dolphins, led by Tua Tagovailoa, Tyreek Hill, and De'Von Achane. Miami has technically allowed the 10th-most fantasy points to opposing defenses in 2024, but those numbers are skewed by a four-game stretch in which Skylar Thompson, Tyler Huntley, and Tim Boyle quarterbacked the team, posting subpar results. Tagovailoa has the Dolphins back on track, and they gashed the Las Vegas Raiders for a hefty 34 points and 353 yards last weekend.
