According to Danny Webster of the Las Vegas Review-Journal, Theodore was full-contact in Wednesday's practice. Theodore wore a grey jersey, skating alongside healthy scratch Ben Hutton, indicating that he will not rejoin the lineup on Thursday against the Boston Bruins. However, it looks like he will be ready for action soon. Noah Hanifin will continue to have extra fantasy value on Thursday.

Speaking to reporters on Wednesday, Blue Jackets head coach Dave Evanson did not dismiss the possibility of Sillinger's return to action this week. His next chance to make a comeback will be on Thursday against the Florida Panthers. Columbus also has a game scheduled for Friday against the Pittsburgh Penguins. Sillinger remains on track for a career year, having totaled 29 points (nine goals, 20 assists) in 54 outings. He participated in practice with the main group on Wednesday, and Blue Jackets head coach Dean Evason has not ruled out Monahan rejoining the lineup before the week ends. After the practice session, Monahan said that he "felt great." A wrist injury has kept the veteran centerman out since Jan. 7. Monahan has been a point-per-game player for Columbus this season, tallying 14 goals and 27 assists in 41 games. The Blue Jackets will be back in action on Thursday night against the Florida Panthers and will wrap up this week's schedule on Friday with a game against the Pittsburgh Penguins.

Scott Wedgewood has impressed with four consecutive wins, but the Avalanche go back to Blackwood on Wednesday, who had his own four-game winning run end with a 2-1 shootout defeat against the Minnesota Wild a week ago. This was only his third loss since the start of February. Blackwood has had a great time with the Avalanche, posting an 18-7-3 record with two shutouts. He holds a .919 save percentage and has allowed 2.17 goals. Beating the Maple Leafs at their places is never easy, but the bookmakers expect Blackwood to collect the victory on Wednesday, listing Colorado as a -133 favorite.
