2 days agoBaltimore Ravens tight end Mark Andrews is back to sharing time with Isaiah Likely, who is a bigger hurdle for his fantasy week than the opponent. In Week 11, he saw 61% of the offensive snaps compared to 87% the week before when Likely was sidelined. Andrews has become a touchdown-or-bust option whenever the offense is healthy. To make matters worse, the Los Angeles Chargers only allow 7.9 fantasy points per game to opposing tight ends in half-PPR leagues. This leaves Andrews as more of a TE2 at best.Source: RotoBaller
2 days agoLos Angeles Chargers quarterback Justin Herbert has an excellent matchup in Week 12 and will look to continue his ascent into consistent QB1 rankings. Herbert started the season with six straight games outside of the top-15 fantasy quarterbacks, but he's been a fantasy QB1 every week since. In Week 12's edition of Monday Night Football, Herbert will face the Baltimore Ravens defense, a unit that has allowed the third-most fantasy points to opposing quarterbacks this season. In what should be a relatively high-scoring game, Herbert is a good bet to finish in the QB1 rankings once again.Source: RotoBaller
2 days agoBaltimore Ravens wide receiver Zay Flowers continues to possess the highest ceiling of the team's wideouts. He's averaging 7.2 targets, 4.7 receptions, and 66.1 yards per game this season and sits at the WR8 in half-PPR formats. In Week 12, he'll take on the Los Angeles Chargers on Monday night. The Chargers are right in the middle of the pack against opposing receiver groups, so Flowers should be able to find some operating space. The speedy wideout hovers around a high-end WR2 for this matchup with the ceiling of a WR1.Source: RotoBaller
2 days agoBaltimore Ravens running back Derrick Henry cooled off a bit over the last couple of weeks compared to his huge outputs through the first nine weeks. He's gone up against solid defensive units and will try to find some running room against even better ones over the next two weeks. In Week 12, the Ravens take on the Los Angeles Chargers who are the third toughest team against backfields. They only allow 14.6 fantasy points per game to opposing running back groups in half-PPR formats. While Henry remains a must-start, fantasy managers may want to temper expectations in this matchup since he could end up around a low-end RB1.Source: RotoBaller
2 days agoDetroit Lions wide receiver Tim Patrick will not be a recommended fantasy option this Sunday when his team takes on the Indianapolis Colts in a road matchup. The former Denver Bronco is far and away the third-leading snap-getter in Detroit's WR corps, though it has yet to amount to much in the production department. In fact, despite participating in 120 more snaps than fellow wideout Kalif Raymond, Raymond has out-targeted, out-received, and out-gained him by one. Additionally, running backs David Montgomery and Jahmyr Gibbs are more involved in the Lions' passing attack. Even in an excellent matchup, the 31-year-old is nothing more than a desperation dart throw in Week 12. The veteran is RotoBaller's PPR WR73 in this week's ranks.Source: ESPN
2 days agoBaltimore Ravens quarterback Lamar Jackson put up his worst game of the season against the Pittsburgh Steelers in Week 11. Despite the down week, Jackson put up around 15 fantasy points depending on league settings, and it was only his second week finishing as a QB2. In Week 12, the Ravens go on the road to face the Los Angeles Chargers who allow 16.5 fantasy points per game to opposing quarterbacks. The Ravens have a 3-3 record on the road this season, but Jackson has thrown 14 touchdowns compared to one interception, and 263.3 yards per game. While the Chargers have a solid defense, Jackson and company should be able to get back on track in primetime.Source: RotoBaller
2 days agoArizona Cardinals wide receiver Marvin Harrison Jr. ranks as a WR2 in the Cardinals' divisional matchup against the Seahawks in Week 12. Harrison Jr. has been inconsistent in fantasy this season, which has made starting him a tough decision for fantasy managers. The silver lining is that he has still been targeted a decent amount, receiving over five targets in each of his last four games. The Seahawks rank 22nd in opposing wide receiver fantasy points this season and have been prone to allowing big plays to wide receivers. With it being a divisional matchup, the Cardinals will rely on all of their playmakers, and it is reasonable to expect Harrison Jr. to be involved in the passing attack. Harrison Jr. is valued as a WR2 and should be played in deep leagues.Source: RotoBaller
2 days agoTight end Trey McBride is valued as a high-end TE1 in Week 12 when the Arizona Cardinals travel to Seattle to take on the Seahawks. McBride has solidified himself as one of the premier tight ends in fantasy football this season, ranking as the fourth-best tight end overall. Despite his lack of touchdown production, McBride has still been a strong fantasy asset and a mainstay at the position. The Cardinals often target McBride on key third downs, and in this divisional matchup, they are expected to rely on him in the passing game. The Seahawks rank 18th in opposing TE fantasy points allowed, and fantasy managers should continue to start McBride in Week 12.Source: RotoBaller
2 days agoMinnesota Vikings defensive back Akayleb Evans has been waived by the organization on Saturday. This seems like a bit of an odd move considering Evans was a full-time starter last season. He finished with 65 tackles, three fumbles forced, and one interception in 15 games with the Vikings in 2023. Since then, Evans has mainly been playing on special teams this season and has only two tackles in seven games. The former fourth-round pick will look to catch on elsewhere. There should be another organization willing to give the 25-year-old a chance to earn a spot on a roster.Source: Ian Rapoport
2 days agoThe Kansas City Chiefs have agreed to terms on a deal with free-agent offensive tackle D.J. Humphries on Friday. Humphries was medically cleared this week from a torn ACL that he suffered last season. Humphries is a 10-year veteran who most recently played with the Arizona Cardinals. The Chiefs have decided to bolster their roster ahead of the playoffs by bringing in Humphries. It appears to a be a one-year deal worth $4.5 million, including $2 million in guaranteed money. Humphries won't be ready to play in Week 12, but this is more of a move to boost their roster for the postseason.Source: Jordan Schultz
3 days agoBaltimore Ravens linebacker Roquan Smith (hamstring) is currently listed as questionable ahead of the Monday Night matchup against the Los Angeles Chargers. Smith was forced to exit early during last week's loss to the Pittsburgh Steelers due to a hamstring issue. The stud linebacker has been unable to practice all week, which puts his status in doubt for Week 12. The loss of Smith would certainly hurt given he has 110 tackles on the season. Chris Board is listed as the second string linebacker, so he figures to get the start if Smith is unable to play.Source: ravens.com
3 days agoBaltimore Ravens wide receiver Rashod Bateman (knee) has been removed from the injury report ahead of Monday's game against the Los Angeles Chargers. Bateman popped up on the injury report on Friday due to a knee issue. However, Bateman was removed on Saturday after getting in a full practice session. The 24-year-old was quiet last week with only two receptions for 30 yards in the loss to the Pittsburgh Steelers. Bateman has seen five or more targets in three of his last four games. He should have some flex appeal for this Monday Night contest.Source: Jeff Zrebiec
3 days agoLos Angeles Chargers wide receiver Ladd McConkey (shoulder) is currently considered questionable for Monday's Week 12 matchup against the Baltimore Ravens. The rookie wideout is headed in the right direction after getting in a limited practice session on Friday. He continues nursing a shoulder injury he suffered during last week's win over the Cincinnati Bengals. If active, McConkey should be considered a WR2 after a strong 123-yard performance last week. Although, fantasy managers will need to find a possible replacement in case McConkey isn't cleared to play.Source: Kris Rhim
3 days agoLos Angeles Chargers tight end Hayden Hurst (hip) has been ruled out ahead of the Week 12 matchup against the Baltimore Ravens. Hurst was inactive last week and appeared to be in line to play this weekend until landing on the injury report on Friday. As a result, the Chargers have decided to hold out the 31-year-old for Monday's game. Will Dissly figures to serve as the primary pass-catching option for the Chargers. Last week, Dissley hauled in four of his six targets for 80 yards in the win over the Cincinnati Bengals. He'll have some TE2 appeal after seeing six targets in back-to-back games.Source: Kris Rhim
3 days agoMiami Dolphins kicker Jason Sanders has been one of the most productive fantasy options at his position lately, and he'll look to extend his hot streak during Week 12 versus the New England Patriots. Sanders has posted double-digit fantasy points in back-to-back games and three of his last four contests. Over the last two weeks, he has gone 6-for-6 on extra points and 5-for-5 on field goals, including two from beyond 50 yards. This week, the 29-year-old faces a Patriots defense that has been somewhat stingy against kickers but is also quite capable of surrendering points. Thus, Sanders ranks just inside the top 12 for this week. He's worth starting in leagues with at least 12 teams, and he can even be considered in 10-team formats.Source: RotoBaller
