Bengals Bring Logan Woodside Back
Logan Woodside to a one-year deal, according to NFL.com. The 30-year-old was signed by the Bengals last offseason and spent most of the 2024 campaign on the practice squad. Woodside, a former seventh-round pick by the Bengals out of Toledo, has completed four of his seven career passing attempts for 34 yards and one interception in 12 games with the Tennessee Titans and Atlanta Falcons. At best, he'll likely stick around on the practice squad once again in 2025, but he could face an uphill battle to make the roster in any form.Source: NFL.com
The Cincinnati Bengals have signed veteran backup quarterback Giants Not Adamant On Drafting A Quarterback
Shedeur Sanders, Jalen Milroe, and Tyler Shough, which suggests the team is interested in adding a late-Round 1 or early-Round 2 rookie signal-caller in the 2025 NFL Draft. However, general manager Joe Schoen says the Giants "don't think it's mandatory" to take a quarterback after the additions of veterans Russell Wilson and Jameis Winston. The organization is clearly doing late-process homework on the QBs who could slip into the back half of Round 1 or later, so their plans after the No. 3 overall pick remain a mystery. Wilson and Winston could provide better quarterback play than New York has seen since Eli Manning, but neither is a long-term solution for a head coach and general manager running out of time to rack up wins.Source: Jordan Raanan
The New York Giants are holding private workouts for top quarterback prospects Shemar Stewart Visits With Bears
Source: NFL Network - Tom Pelissero
Texas A&M defensive tackle Shemar Stewart visited with the Chicago Bears on Monday, according to NFL Network's Tom Pelissero. The Bears definitely need help with their pass rush despite adding Dayo Odeyingbo in free agency to pair with Montez Sweat. The Bears hold the 10th overall pick in the first round of next week's NFL draft, but Stewart could be in play later in the round if they trade back. The 21-year-old's physical attributes jump off the page, but his production with the Aggies didn't exactly match up, as Stewart had only 31 tackles (six for loss), 1.5 sacks, a forced fumble and two pass breakups in 12 games last year at Texas A&M. He wasn't a full-time starter until last year, but he has been rising up draft boards since a dominating performance at the Senior Bowl. Among others, he's also visited with the Pittsburgh Steelers and New England Patriots.Kyle McCord Being Undervalued?
Kyle McCord is one of the more undervalued players in the entire 2025 NFL draft. McCord visited with the Pittsburgh Steelers on Monday and with the New York Giants on Tuesday, according to sources. The 22-year-old led the nation in passing in 2024 and has acquitted himself well throughout the draft process with good interviews and impressive on-the-board work. McCord has prototypical NFL size, a winning pedigree and capacity to read coverage. He's currently being considered a sleeper in what is a weak draft class at the quarterback position in 2025. Both the Steelers and Giants are two of the most QB-needy teams in terms of long-term investments, so it wouldn't be a surprise to see either of them go after McCord on Day 2 or 3 of this year's draft.Source: FOX Sports - Jordan Schultz

Broncos Visiting With TreVeyon Henderson On Wednesday
TreVeyon Henderson on Wednesday, according to 9 News' Mike Klis. Many mock drafters think that Henderson would be an ideal fit for head coach Sean Payton's offensive system as both a rushing and receiving threat out of the backfield. Henderson had two 1,000-plus rushing yard and 27-catch seasons with the Buckeyes, and the Broncos are certainly looking to bolster what was a below-average rushing attack last year, especially after Javonte Williams departed in free agency. On Tuesday, Henderson visited with the Pittsburgh Steelers, who pick one slot after the Broncos in next week's NFL draft at No. 21. Henderson excels in pass protection as well, which is something most NFL teams put a ton of value in, especially for young backs. If Denver takes the 22-year-old in the first round, he'd likely lead the backfield in touches in 2025.Source: 9 News - Mike Klis
The Denver Broncos are visiting with Ohio State running back Giants Not Opposed To Using Travis Hunter On Both Sides Of The Ball
The New York Giants hold the third overall pick in next week's NFL draft, and University of Colorado wide receiver/defensive back Travis Hunter would seem to be in serious consideration at that spot if he's still available, according to ESPN Newread more...
John FitzPatrick Re-Signs With Green Bay
John FitzPatrick has re-signed with the Green Bay Packers on an undisclosed contract, according to the team. The former Georgia Bulldog will serve his second stint with the squad after kicking off his career with the Atlanta Falcons for two seasons. FitzPatrick has appeared in 18 games over the prior two seasons but has only caught two passes for 14 yards on two targets. He has yet to garner a start and logged just 91 snaps across both campaigns on offense. However, he also played a good chunk of special teams snaps. The 25-year-old is unlikely to make an impact on the field this year, with fellow tight ends Luke Musgrave and Tucker Kraft dominating playing time. FitzPatrick will provide Green Bay with more depth in 2025.Source: Green Bay Packers
Free agent tight end Julian Okwara Signs With Cleveland
Source: Cleveland Browns
The Cleveland Browns have signed an undisclosed contract with free-agent linebacker Julian Okwara. Okwara was selected by the Detroit Lions in the third round of the 2020 NFL Draft, and he spent his first four seasons with the organization. In 2024, the 27-year-old appeared in 13 games for the Arizona Cardinals (one start) as an outside linebacker, with some time spent on special teams as well. Over five seasons, the Notre Dame product has racked up 72 tackles (45 solo) with 15 tackles for loss, 10 sacks, and one interception. He's currently listed second (unofficially) on the team's depth chart behind teammate Mohamoud Diabate and should give Cleveland valuable snaps as a depth piece in 2025.Packers Remain Committed To Trading Jaire Alexander, Have Received Interest
Source: Tom Silverstein
The Green Bay Packers have received trade interest for veteran cornerback Jaire Alexander, but no deal is imminent with just over a week to go before the 2025 NFL Draft. The team is committed to finding a deal for Alexander rather than cutting him, but attempts to shop the Pro Bowler have been unsuccessful thus far. A deal could take place following the draft if a team does not land one of the cornerbacks on their board. Alexander, a former first-round pick out of Louisville in the 2018 NFL Draft, has tallied 287 tackles (240 solo), 1.5 sacks, three forced fumbles, 12 interceptions, and 70 pass deflections in 78 games. He is a two-time All-Pro selection but injuries have caused him to miss 20 regular-season games over the last two years, and his best football is likely behind him.Ravens Non-Committal On Mark Andrews' Status With Team
Mark Andrews is one of the best players in franchise history, collecting 436 receptions for 5,530 yards and 51 touchdowns in 104 games across seven NFL seasons. However, the three-time Pro Bowler's status with the team for 2025 has been a topic of discussion this offseason, and general manager Eric DeCosta declined to definitively say he would be on the team next season. "I never know what's going to happen, but I can tell you this, Mark Andrews is a warrior," DeCosta said. He's a great player and we're in the business of keeping as many great players as we can." Andrews is entering his age-29 season and posted his lowest yardage total last year (minimum 11 games) since his 2018 rookie campaign. Whether he is potentially traded or released, uncertainty remains for the veteran, who is usually a TE1 in fantasy football.Source: Jeff Zrebiec
Baltimore Ravens tight end Giants Holding Private Workouts For Jalen Milroe, Tyler Shough
Shedeur Sanders, but they are also doing the same with Alabama's Jalen Milroe and Louisville's Tyler Shough. While New York holds the No. 3 overall pick, they are reportedly unlikely to select a quarterback in that spot. Instead, the G-Men could be looking to trade back into the first round or pick a signal-caller with their second-round selection (No. 34 overall). The team signed veteran quarterbacks Russell Wilson and Jameis Winston this offseason, but the late workouts with top quarterback prospects suggest they are interested in adding a rookie to the QB room earlier than on Day 3.Source: Adam Schefter
The New York Giants are doing extra homework on 2025 NFL Draft quarterback prospects just a week before the draft begins. It was previously announced that the organization would hold a private workout for Colorado quarterback Panthers Open To Trading Back From No. 8 Overall Pick
Jaxson Dart or Colorado quarterback Shedeur Sanders in Round 1, Carolina could be a team interested in doing a deal.Source: NFL.com
According to Carolina Panthers general manager Dan Morgan, the team is "open to trading back" from the No. 8 overall pick in the first round of the 2025 NFL Draft. "I think we're definitely open to trading back and acquiring more picks," Morgan said. "I think we're gonna be open for all possibilities. Let's put it that way." The Panthers have nine picks in next week's draft and are looking to build depth on both sides of the ball. The team is expected to have a defense-heavy draft after ranking last in total yards per game allowed a season ago. If a team wants to make a move for Ole Miss quarterback Tyron Smith Calling It A Career
Source: NFL.com
Long-time Dallas Cowboys left tackle Tyron Smith is retiring from the NFL after 14 seasons, as first reported by NFL Network's Ian Rapaport. Smith will sign a one-day contract to retire as a Cowboy after spending last season with the New York Jets. Overall, the 34-year-old started 171 games and was named to eight Pro Bowl rosters. He earned five All-Pro selections. Smith is a part of the NFL's 2010s All-Decade Team and is likely headed for the Pro Football Hall of Fame at some point in the future. A former first-round pick out of USC in 2011, Smith is one of the greatest offensive tackles of his generation.Omarion Hampton Visits With Bears
