Boston Red Sox first baseman Triston Casas went 1-for-4 with a home run and three RBI in his team's 8-3 win against the Seattle Mariners. The 25-year-old blasted his second dinger of the season off Mariners reliever Trent Thornton in the bottom of the seventh to give Boston a four-run lead, and they never looked back. It's been a slow few weeks for Casas, as he's gone 6-for-40 (.150) over his last 11 appearances with one extra-base hit, four RBI, and one run scored. The former first-round pick has been superb against left-handed pitchers this season (5-for-8), but struggled against righties to an abysmal .113 batting average. On the bright side, he's cut his strikeout rate by seven points from 2024. Still, it sits at an undesirable 24.1%.--Alex CiullaSource: ESPN

Texas Rangers infielder Josh Smith went 1-for-4 with a home run and two runs scored in Tuesday's 8-5 win over the Athletics. He also walked and struck out once. The 27-year-old was moved up to the leadoff spot in this one to give the offense a spark and continued his torrid pace to start the season. Smith is currently riding a seven-game hit streak that reaches back to before he sat out a few contests with a bruised thumb, and he's been spectacular. Overall, he's slashing .367/.456/.571 with two home runs, four doubles, four RBI, and 11 runs scored. Additionally, the former second-round pick has swiped three bags and seen his walk percentage jump to a robust 14.0%. It's unclear whether he'll stick at the top of the lineup against lefties, though we'll have that answer soon with Texas squaring off against left-handed hurler JP Sears on Wednesday.--Alex CiullaSource: ESPN

Athletics designated hitter Brent Rooker went 2-for-4 with a home run, walk, and an additional run scored in his team's 8-5 loss to the Texas Rangers on Tuesday. Rooker's seventh long ball of the season came off Rangers reliever Jacob Webb in the bottom of the eighth inning to cut the A's deficit to three, but that was the last run they could plate in the contest. The lefty slugger is starting to heat up, racking up four multi-hit outings across his previous seven appearances. Over that stretch, he's batting a cool .379 (11-for-29) with three home runs, one double, five RBI, and eight runs scored. Rooker has maintained his exit velocity (91.9 mph in 2025) figures while cutting his strikeout percentage (25.7%) by three points from (28.8%) in 2024.--Alex CiullaSource: ESPN

Athletics infielder Luis Urías homered in the team’s 8–5 loss to the Texas Rangers. Urías finished the night 2-for-3, adding a single and a walk. He is slashing .304/.370/.565 on the season, with a .397 wOBA and .935 OPS. Urías will continue to seize every opportunity he gets at the bottom of the A's lineup after signing as a free agent in the 2024–25 offseason. He and the A's will look to get a win on Wednesday after losing two in a row for the fourth time this season.--Julian Brooke - RotoBallerSource: MLB.com

Athletics outfielder Lawrence Butler was a bright spot for the Athletics in Tuesday’s 8–5 loss to the Rangers. He went 1-for-4 with a solo home run and a strikeout in Tuesday’s defeat. His 419-foot blast in the third inning brought Oakland within one run before Texas pulled away with a four-run fifth inning. The homer was Butler's third of the season, as he is now slashing .309/.397/.485 in April after a slow start in March. Butler will look to keep things rolling against Rangers right-hander Kumar Rocker on Wednesday.--Julian Brooke - RotoBallerSource: MLB.com

Los Angeles Dodgers outfielder Tommy Edman continued his early-season power surge Tuesday, launching a three-run home run in the first inning of Tuesday’s 11-10 extra-inning loss to the Chicago Cubs. It was Edman's eighth home run of the season, already surpassing his total of six from last year. He also added a sacrifice fly and a single, finishing 2-for-4 with four RBI on the night. Edman is now slashing .272/.303/.576 and remains a key contributor to the Dodgers' potent lineup. Los Angeles will look to split the two-game series with the Cubs on Wednesday before an off day leading into the weekend--Julian Brooke - RotoBallerSource: MLB.com

New York Mets infield prospect Jett Williams went 3-for-5 with one triple, two runs, one RBI, and two stolen bases during their contest against Double-A New Hampshire on Tuesday evening. This was Williams's second-straight game hitting a triple. This outing also extended his current hitting streak to five games. Last summer, the No. 55-ranked prospect in the sport and No. 2-ranked in Queens battled injuries and was only able to log 33 MiLB games. However, Williams has been very productive over the first 12 games of the Double-A campaign. During this stretch, the former 14th overall pick has held a strong .292/.346/.563 slash line with three doubles, two triples, two home runs, and four stolen bases. If he continues to perform well with Double-A, he could contend for an early-season Triple-A promotion.--Andy Smith - RotoBallerSource: MiLB.com

Miami Marlins infield prospect Deyvison De Los Santos went 4-for-5 with a triple and an RBI during his contest against Triple-A Gwinnett on Tuesday evening. Santos also swiped a bag in this contest. This performance extended his current hitting streak to six games. During this impressive stretch, the 21-year-old has held an impressive .400/.481/.720 slash line with two doubles, one triple, and a home run. This is a great sign as Santos got off to a slow start to the season. Over his first 14 games of the season, Santos held a .245/.321/.286 slash line with just two doubles and a 22:6 K:BB. Fantasy managers should continue to monitor his progression at Triple-A, as he should be in the mix to make his MLB debut later this summer. Last season, Santos posted an impressive .264/.311/.523 line with 26 home runs during his first extended look at Triple-A.--Andy Smith - RotoBallerSource: MiLB.com

Milwaukee Brewers outfielder Christian Yelich starred in Tuesday’s 11-3 blowout win over the San Francisco Giants. Yelich went 2-for-5 with a 407-foot grand slam in the sixth inning that broke the game open, giving the Brewers a 9-1 lead. He also doubled in the third, finishing the night with seven total bases and two runs scored. Yelich's hard-hit percentage (52.8%) and average exit velocity (91.9 mph) rank above the 80th percentile this season, suggesting potential for a jump in his numbers as April nears its end. Overall, the 33-year-old is slashing .222/.337/.444 with five home runs, 19 RBI, and five stolen bases across 95 plate appearances in 2025. Yelich and the Brewers will look to stay hot against Logan Webb on Wednesday.--Julian Brooke - RotoBallerSource: MLB.com

Tampa Bay Rays left-handed pitching prospect Ian Seymour continued his impressive start to the Triple-A campaign as he logged 5 1/3 innings of one-run ball on Tuesday in his outing against Nashville. In this start, Seymour allowed just four hits and three walks. He struck out nine batters. This was his third time this season tallying at least eight punchouts in a single start. Through 25 1/3 innings of work (five starts), the former second-round pick has held a 2.49 ERA with a 1.18 WHIP. Seymour has posted an impressive 35:7 K:BB but has struggled to keep the ball in the yard, as he has allowed four long balls. Seymour made his Triple-A debut last season and held a similar 2.33 ERA with a 1.15 WHIP across 54 innings of work. Fantasy managers in deeper AL-only formats should consider stashing Seymour, as he appears to be nearing his MLB debut given his increasing strikeout production.--Andy Smith - RotoBallerSource: MiLB.com

Milwaukee Brewers right-handed pitching prospect Jacob Misiorowski enjoyed his best start of the season on Tuesday evening against Triple-A Durham. In this outing, the No. 4-ranked prospect in Milwaukee tossed six shutout innings. He allowed just one hit and one free pass. He tallied a season-best eight punchouts. Through Misiorowski's first 24 2/3 innings of the Triple-A campaign, he has held a strong 2.19 ERA with a 0.97 WHIP. He struggled to command his pitches in his first three starts but has allowed just three walks over his last 11 frames. Last summer, Misiorowski spent most of his time with Double-A before earning a brief taste of Triple-A. Given his progression at Triple-A, Misiorowski could be worth closely monitoring as he could contend for his MLB debut in the first half of the season.--Andy Smith - RotoBallerSource: MiLB.com

Texas Rangers pitching prospect Jack Leiter (finger) tossed 4 1/3 shutout innings in his rehab outing on Tuesday against Triple-A Las Vegas. Leiter allowed just one hit and one walk. He struck out four. The former second overall pick has been on the injured list due to a blister since his start on April 2. However, given his strong rehab outing, he could be in line to return to Texas before the end of the week. Before his injury, Leiter was enjoying a strong start to the season and had logged 10 innings of one-run ball with a stellar 10:1 K:BB. This was a great sign, as the Vanderbilt product has struggled with his command throughout his minor-league career and during his first MLB stint last season. In 2024, Leiter made his MLB debut but held an 8.83 ERA with a 1.71 WHIP. Given his progress this season, he should be viewed as a solid option in all formats when he is activated off the injured list.--Andy Smith - RotoBallerSource: MiLB.com

Miami Marlins catching prospect Agustin Ramirez went 3-for-3 with two doubles, an RBI, and a walk during their 4-3 victory over the Cincinnati Reds on Tuesday evening. Ramirez made his MLB debut on Monday and has enjoyed an impressive start to his MLB career. Over his first two games, Ramirez has gone 5-for-6 with three doubles, two walks, one stolen base, and no strikeouts. Given his impressive start, fantasy managers should expect the No. 4-ranked prospect in the Miami system to continue to see the majority of starts behind the dish. Earlier in the season, Ramirez held a solid .252/.313/.479 slash line with seven doubles and three long balls in just 19 games. Last season, Ramirez hit 25 home runs and swiped 22 bags in 126 MiLB games. Given his five-category upside at the catcher position, he should be viewed as a strong option in standard formats heading into his matchup on Wednesday against Cincinnati right-hander Brady Singer.--Andy Smith - RotoBallerSource: MLB.com

Pittsburgh Pirates outfielder Bryan Reynolds went 3-for-5 with two runs, two RBI, and a walk during their 9-3 victory over the Los Angeles Angels on Tuesday evening. Reynolds would hit three singles in this game. In the ninth inning, Reynolds would conclude his evening with a two-run single, which scored outfielder Tommy Pham and infielder Isiah Kiner-Falefa. This was Reynolds' second-straight three-hit game and third three-hit game over his last four games. During this offensive surge, Reynolds has posted an impressive .526/.550/.684 slash line with just one extra-base hit. However, before this impressive run, Reynolds was in a slump, hitting just .179 over his previous eight games. Given his recent hot stretch, the 30-year-old switch-hitter should be viewed as a strong play in DFS on Wednesday, facing Los Angeles right-hander Jack Kochanowicz.--Andy Smith - RotoBallerSource: MLB.com
